When I shrink a layer (pdf from indesign) within Photoshop, the text and images become blurry. They remain blurry as jps.
How can I maintain their crispness when I save jpgs?
Please help!

How are you shrinking the layer? What settings? Does the layer include live type or a graphic of type? What resolution is the jpg?

when you open a pdf it is rasterized
