Can't Record ''Print'' in Photoshop CS4?

I've been trying to record ''print'' in CS4. But when it prints, I get a reverse image, when playing the action?



This was confirmed to me, from a Adobe Tech Support person, yesterday. Now I was also told this has been a problem for over a month, but I think it's actually been several months.



Does anyone know a work-a-round for this problem?



Any help would be appreciated, since we print hundreds of prints a day. Adobe's suggestion was to print manually, but that's why we set up the action, so we don't have to sit at the computer for hours...
