I have an Epson Perfection V700 scanner that I installed while using CS3, which I could access under File%26gt;Import. Now that I have CS4, this option no longer shows up. How do I move this? I've looked in all the subfolders associated with CS3 and can't find anything. Thanks.

Read the CS4 documentation. Essentially, the TWAIN plug-in has been removed from CS4 and is offered as a not-recommended, use-at-your-own-risk optional plug-in.
Scan outside of Photoshop, either with the scanner's stand-alone software or with a utility like VueScan, etc.
