Rollover GIF Image

Well since ImageReady was wiped off the face of the earth in the new CS4 release; does anyone know how to create an actual GIF rollover image. Other threads recommended creating rollover in Dreamweaver using the rollover function - NO.

Actually ImageReady was eliminated in CS3.

What section of fireworks will create the rollover GIFs?

Is there no rollover palette in CS4 under Windows? I know there is in CS4 Extended.
