unable to connect

I am coming to the end of a CS4 trial and I want to purchase it as an upgrade from CS3 but I am unable to connect via dial up to the store. I am using the same system to write here with no problem. Any advice?

Why not just call customer service? 1-800-833-6687 in the States. BTW, if you downloaded the trial via dial-up services, you should be commended for your patience.
